Interior designers assess the impact of spaces on individuals and communities while prioritizing safety, inclusivity, and accessibility. We serve as ‘visionary guides’ to provide ongoing design guidance and advocate for our clients' visions throughout the construction phase.

Frequently Asked Questions

Every project is quoted based on the design requirements and square footage. We offer two billing options for our design services and deliverables:

  • Flat Fee - calculated based on the time required and square footage. Securing the project with a deposit up front, with payment installment dates throughout the project.
  • Hourly - Tracked hours accumulated throughout the project and billed at the end of each month. 

We also offer 1-hour “Ask a Designer” consultations either online or on-site for $200 + tax.

The earlier the better! We always recommend having an Interior Designer review floor plan layouts before submitting for a building permit. We love to be involved collaboratively with your architect in the planning process. Most importantly, we want the entire process to be seamless and stress-free, ensuring you have ample time to avoid rushing your decision making process. 

For furniture, we keep a baseline lead time of 6-8 weeks from the point of ordering. Before this, we will work together to establish the suitable elements for your space, measurements, layouts etc.

PHASE 1

Here comes the fun part! We dive into the creative process, crafting a custom design presentation that encapsulates the overall aesthetic, concept, and design direction tailored precisely to meet your project requirements.

PHASE 2

We translate the inspiration into a customized drawing package that aligns with the project's specific needs. These detailed packages include accurate depictions of the design through comprehensive floor plans and elevations. Including lighting layout plans, schematic millwork drawing and full FF&E specifications.

PHASE 3

Moving on to the next stage, we focus on finalizing all the specifications outlined in the design package. This involves a series of meetings and showroom visits to confirm each selected fixture is the optimal choice for your space. Once this phase is complete, the finalized drawing package is sent out and ready for construction!

Our team collaborates closely with the general contractor, trades, and installers to ensure that every facet of the design is executed seamlessly.
