Flat Fee
calculated based on the time required and square footage. Securing the project with a deposit up front, with payment installment dates throughout the project.
Hourly
Tracked hours accumulated throughout the project and billed at the end of each month.
We also offer 1-hour “Ask a Designer” consultations either online or on-site for $200 + tax.

Here comes the fun part! We dive into the creative process, crafting a custom design presentation that encapsulates the overall aesthetic, concept, and design direction tailored precisely to meet your project requirements.

We translate the inspiration into a customized drawing package that aligns with the project's specific needs. These detailed packages include accurate depictions of the design through comprehensive floor plans and elevations. Including lighting layout plans, schematic millwork drawing and full FF&E specifications.

Moving on to the next stage, we focus on finalizing all the specifications outlined in the design package. This involves a series of meetings and showroom visits to confirm each selected fixture is the optimal choice for your space. Once this phase is complete, the finalized drawing package is sent out and ready for construction!
