Throughout her career, she has lent her creative touch to various projects, ranging from iconic towers in Downtown Vancouver, opulent luxury custom homes to large multi-family communities.

Tonya views Interior Design as a blend of art, creativity and practicality, crafting spaces that enhance mood and experiences. With over a decade in the furniture and decor industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her projects. Tonya's experience spans from real estate staging, renovation leadership, design consultation and virtual design. She honed her skills through education at BCIT and VCC, valuing collaboration and networking for achieving exceptional outcomes.

We've carefully crafted our design process to offer a structured and step-by-step experience. Our comprehensive design packages are full service, allowing you to entrust us with every intricate detail. Our phased design system is designed to prevent the stress in making multiple overwhelming decisions all at once. We take on the role of your 'Visionary Guide,' offering design advice throughout the process and advocating for your vision during construction.

Every project is quoted based on the design requirements and square footage. We offer two billing options for our design services and deliverables:

  • Flat Fee - calculated based on the time required and square footage. Securing the project with a deposit up front, with payment installment dates throughout the project.
  • Hourly - Tracked hours accumulated throughout the project and billed at the end of each month. 

We also offer 1-hour “Ask a Designer” consultations either online or on-site for $200 + tax.

The earlier the better! We always recommend having an Interior Designer review floor plan layouts before submitting for a building permit. We love to be involved collaboratively with your architect in the planning process. Most importantly, we want the entire process to be seamless and stress-free, ensuring you have ample time to avoid rushing your decision making process. 

For furniture, we keep a baseline lead time of 6-8 weeks from the point of ordering. Before this, we will work together to establish the suitable elements for your space, measurements, layouts etc. 

When should I start working with an interior designer?

Can you provide guidance for my space in a single consultation?

Our answer is always YES! We are happy to refer you to our trusted contractors. However, for furniture packages or consultations, we do not require you to have an enlisted contractor.
